The crisis required my brother to relocate from Manhattan to NY with just 24 hour notice. He went from a flat to a multi-story condo overnight on March 17.
By some lucky star on March 17 someone from your Company arrived to measure (sorry cannot remember the name but very professional and knowledgeable) and by end of day, a lift was installed. It made what was an impossible situation a possible one. It was during this install we met George.
Another lucky star was lurking and George measured and installed a custom lift at our home in New Jersey.
George knows the entire process perfectly and executes without hesitation. His demeanor helped make a stressful situation very easy to deal with. His communication during the process was clear and timely. We are so grateful that on both installs he was there to manage and execute.
